Work and Health Meeting

Opportunity for prime contractors to meet with community and voluntary sector organisations and City Region partners

Liverpool City Region is working to support residents with health related conditions into work; this requires joint and integrated work from many different organisations, including health, housing, Councils, Jobcentre Plus, community and voluntary sector organisations and welfare to work contractors.

To continue these discussions, a session will be held between 1 and 4pm on Monday 12 December 2016 in the Alex Young Suite, Goodison Park, Liverpool to cover the following:-

  • Identification of support available from health and housing organisations and opportunity to work together;
  • Opportunity for supply chains from national and local organisations to be developed around potential bidding opportunities; and
  • Consultation with partners and stakeholders to inform the City Region’s response to the Government Green Paper.

Community and voluntary sector organisations will be invited to take a table to exhibit their offer and reach for discussions with prime contractors and others.

Places are limited to 3 per organisation.
